To all my beautiful followers…
The main thing…well, there are a couple of things -
1. I remember the feeling of being overweight and unhappy with myself and I have sworn that I will never feel like that again! That’s my main motivation. And..
2. I’m very aware that I am getting older…and that means that it is going to be harder to get in shape if I let myself slip. I’m nearly 30, and I know that if I stop, it’s only going to get harder!
I have my moments where I lose it, like today. I should have gone to the gym, but I drank too much last night! But I know that I’ll be there tomorrow :)
